Broadband High Power Solid State Power Amplifiers
The SCA series of broadband amplifiers are designed for broadband communications, communications jamming, and general purpose use. Each system is built around a large bonded fit heatsink rated for high temperature ambient operation. All gold metallized LDMOS and MOSFET transistors in the RF transmission chain with our advanced PAB controller means reliable, robust operation.
