Service and Support
Our Customer Service offers warranty support for all products manufactured by OMNICAST and for those products that OMNICAST represents we provide warranty through arrangements with each equipment manufacturers. Normal warranty is 12 months from date of purchase. Extended warranty options are available on some products and may be incur an additional cost.
OMNICAST also, offers post-warranty support, service contracts and technical assistance in trouble shooting.
As part of service commitment, Training Courses are offered in our training facility or at the customer premises, as required. Training courses are designed for specific customer needs. For example, they can include such areas as products training (at various Levels) and system training and maintenance training.
